In the centre of everything. Not too many rooms so peaceful. Continental breakfast was in the room. Homemade cheese breakfast scone were amazing. Yoghurts and milk and fruit in a small fridge. Bed super comfy. Bathroom very clean. Can’t fault it at all

Beautiful fishing village. Made to feel welcome but, as with many Cornish villages parking is a nightmare especially if you are disabled. Only two disabled parking bays in the whole of Looe and in the week we spent there they were invariably taken up by NON Blue Badge holders.
The Promenade in East Looe was a joy with a wonderful council run kiosk half way down the mile or so long promenade. Those guys deserve a raise! Easy to park there with grand views of the Island. We went there most days and consumed our body weight in ice cream purchased from said kiosk.
Eating in Looe is also a joy, well stocked with eateries at all standards but almost always offering very fresh fish that is worth the trip on its own. The Coddy Shack is well worth the trip just outside Looe though.

Looe offers immediate access to the Coast and some attractive eating venues although difficult to book.
Excellent for those attracted to rivers and seafood. Visitors should particularly try the Thai restaurant or 'Fifty' or 'Ye Olde Salutation Inn' for pub food. All easily accessible on the East side of the river.
Train enthusiasts may enjoy a trip to Liskeard.

Looe is the sort of place you would go to get away from the everyday of city life I moved from Devon to Bristol a few years ago and wanted somewhere quiet and this was absolutely it, it felt like another world! Despite the rain we went on loads of walks perfect for the dog there is a lot of hidden gems and loads of history to be found. Personally it was perfect for two of us plus a Labrador, maybe less so for children unless you’re willing to travel further afield for day trips! Definitely recommend Kelly’s fish and chips.

Beautiful Looe!
Beautiful Looe! Weather was wild and a challenge with big gusts of wind and heavy rain. Restaurants closed relatively early especially when travelled from far and arriving later than 8pm. Locals very friendly. Bit disappointed with the quality of fish food in 2 restaurants.

It has lovely shops and many places to eat, a lovely place to visit.
But can be very busy so plan ahead for food and parking, like booking up if want to go to a particular restaurant! Please make sure you book even before arriving if going in a busy time of year, parking just go straight to main large car park as will waste time trying to get into small ones by harbour unless mid winter as very busy.
Great location in West Looe with a great local pub and a Spar right across the street. Parking available close by (some free and some reasonably priced). Bus 5 minutes away. East Looe is an easy 10 minute walk. Lots to do in the area and the South West Coast Path is nearby. The cottage was very clean and comfortable. Everything was exactly as advertised and Matt (the host) called ahead of time to review all details and make some local recommendations
Greeted by the most friendly and helpful staff. The hotel was up a steep incline but this was compensated for by the most magnificent view over the Looe estuary. The staff were most helpful and nothing I requested was was too much trouble. The breakfast defied belief. Once again could not ask for the wrong thing and everything was delicious. Would fully recommend Silver Birch to anyone.
Close to all the amenities of Looe and the beach just a couple of minutes walk away through the town. Lovely treats on arrival. Comfy beds, smart bathroom, great galley style kitchen in what was historic hotel passageway with great view to people watch from breakfast bar. Clock tower is great for checking the time! It's chime is surprisingly quiet and calming.
This was the most enjoyable B&B we have EVER stayed in! Our hosts should win some special awards…a lovely drink when we arrived, smiling faces, advice on Looe’s evening activities. And the most tasteful, comfortable room, w/a sitting area, breakfast, top notch…..Andrew and Stephanie, can we come live with you?
What a gem of a find beautiful location and views wowowow , Very quiet neighbourhood 10/10 in everything, the bits and bobs in food very much appreciated, Thank you for sharing your bit of Cornwall, the best fish and chips takeaway Bens plaice takeaway ever, fantastic coastal walks
Shellseekers is in an elevated position on the road running alongside Looe Harbour. As a result the view of the Harbour and boats is fantastic. It's also just a short walk to get into the heart of Looe. The room was well decorated in a fresh "seaside" style.
Perfect location and views. Near trains and buses. Very friendly couple giving a homely feel rather than huge hotel. The best breakfast eggs and cooking I've ever had! Looe itself the best combo of safe Cornish beach and exciting fast tidal harbour.
The hosts were lovely. The rooms were exceptionally clean and comfortable, with every need catered for. Excellent choice and quality of food at breakfast. Fantastic position for a little stroll into Looe centre. Will definitely stay again 😁
The Jopes Mill Stone was in a beautiful natural quiet setting. Perfect getaway, but still easily for travel parts of Cornwall.
The accommodation had some lovely features old and new. It was spacious and well equipped and clean.
Warm, bright, comfy accommodation. Thoughtfully furnished and sparklingly clean. Micro, fridge, kettle, toaster. Great bed. Beautiful, quiet location. Exactly what I hoped for. Would love to stay again on next trip to Cornwall.
Rich- the host of the property was amazing. He also took the trouble to point out some lovely places to visit and places to eat to fit around our time in Cornwall. He was also very attentive and made us feel very welcome!
A lovely place to stay and explore this part of Cornwall. Jo was a great host and Breakfast was superb. A nice slice of cakes when we arrived and lots of nice extras like bottled water and Buscuits
Great location, good views and straight onto the coastal path or down to Looe. No narrow lanes to get to property. Parking off road and great facilities, fridge/freezer, sky TV etc.
Everything about Harbour House is perfect. It’s a absolute must in terms of location, views and the best Cornwall has to offer. Hope to return very soon.
