The location was great for my needs. Having stayed at other locations during my stay, we felt the price was a little on the high side for each night. For less of a price at others we received a full english breakfast. The room also was clean but not sparkling.

Staff were friendly, helpful and informative even very nice about us checking out late. Room was clean, shower worked perfectly. We checked in at 4am so didn’t get up for breakfast but have had breakfast at their other hotels and it was always delicious and the staff have no problem getting more food for you if something has ran out. I would recommend the hotel to anyone

I am furious that I cannot ring Ramada as their seemingly only phone is either ringing and no one answers or saying. Out of service. Tried their head office and they insist the only phone number they have for the hotel is the same one. Nobody there could help me. The receptionist that booked me filed completely . Was offered wake up call , never arrived so I only woke when cleaner turned up , missing out on shower, breakfast and late for appointment. Asked when booking in if my car was OK where it was parked and told it was ok. Now been sent a £100 fine as apparently receptionist should have informed parking company that I was staying there. I know it was after midnight when I booked in but that shouldn't affect the service I received. Need help but cannot find out who to contact and how. A wonderful surprise after having spent the whole afternoon travelling down to Stansted airport. The warm welcome and friendly staff immediately took the stress out of my early morning flight the next day. Do not expect a 5-star hotel despite the 5-star prices.
Do not expect a 5-star hotel despite the 5-star prices. Newly refurbished premier rooms have lovely, friendly, soft beds. Using deep, fluffy carpets in very long hallways is a mistake as it can be challenging to pull suitcases over them. I only use this hotel because it is right next to the terminal, and my flights to Denmark are often ridiculously early, You get two bottles of water in the minibar. Why it is not possible to run a minibar service in 2024 I don't know.

I liked all over the stay. Staff was polite, professional and friendly. Room surprisingly big, with comfortable bed, walk in shower with all toiletries, towels. Tasty breakfast. It was a bit cool food but I usually expect cold food when is buffet style meal.

However the bed was little uncomfortable as you could feel the springs in the mattress. The shower was difficult to maintain a set temperature. Overall facilities within the room were fine. The worst part was getting out of the car park there. I stayed there as it was literally 1 mile up the road from where I was yet it took me over an hour to get there. It was everything we’ve hoped for. For those planning their trip, I’d highly recommend staying there. It’s close to the airport, but we didn’t hear any airplane noises whatsoever, or any noises for that matter. I suggest you take a train from Stansted Airport to Stansted Mountfitchet, as it’s about 7 minute walk to the property, as taxi might be pricey (we paid £45 for this short ride).AAnastasiyaUkraine

It’s a great way to start your holiday. We have stayed in Radisson Blu many times over the years and have never been disappointed. You can use the pool and gym which is an added bonus and enjoy a meal or drink in the bar or restaurant. They also have deals if you want to park your car at the airport.
